We do it all for you

We are a venue hire business that also offers flexible spaces, accommodation and professional service for your corporate event. 

Come for a day, or stay a while

We cater for day meetings, or if you're planning a multiple day event, we have accommodation onsite. Across the Lodge House and Guest House, we have nine bedrooms onsite that can sleep up to 20 people (based on a twin-share or double occupancy). 

Work, stay and play onsite

Keep the team together for the business activities during the day, and social engagements in the evening. Our venue offers plenty of entertaining space to host a dinner or friendly gathering. In fact, we are one of the very few places on Waiheke that can offer accommodation in the same location as the day-time activities.

A bit of pampering

While you are here, you can enjoy the Balinese-style saltwater spa pool, enjoy a nightcap at the Garden Bar or a savour a tasty Waiheke wine by the Atrium's rustic fireplace.

Capacity

Our venue can hold up to 30 people in a boardroom set-up, 100 people for a seated function. Our spacious rooms and grounds will ensure everyone feels totally at ease. 

Packages

We offer daily corporate hire and accommodation packages for up to 30 people. Should you require our venue for more than one day, we can offer multi-day packages to suit.

Onsite catering is available through one of our preferred island-based caterers who offer a delectable variety of menu options to meet your needs whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. Kauri Springs Lodge is not a licensed venue, so we do not sell or supply alcohol on our premises. Beverages are brought by guests, and best of all, we do not charge corkage fees.

5. Full service

We offer event and accommodation services, from setting up the venue through to event support during your stay. Enjoy daily room service, barista-style coffees, and friendly waiting staff as well as staff for a social event. Our professional team are always on-hand to offer any assistance to make your event a success.

6. Hire business

Kauri Springs Lodge offers a range of conference equipment, furniture, and amenities for your event. From whiteboards and flipcharts to printers and projectors, we can provide our corporate guests the equipment needed for a meeting. And for social functions, we have banquet, bar and lounge furniture, sound equipment, elegant table-settings and party wares available for hire.
